Custom Logo Embossed Hinged Lid Container A large part of PrimeWare’s business is creating custom products for restaurant chains that want to keep their name in front of their customer.  We help them accomplish this by either embossing or debossing hinged-lid containers with their personalized logo. This can be done with our traditional bagasse containers, or our recently introduced PLA-lined containers.  Containers that are lined with PLA have superior moisture and grease resistance, while maintaining their Eco-Friendly biodegradable and compostable features.

Embossing is the process of creating a three-dimensional image on the top of the container. This is accomplished by a combination of heat and pressure.  Debossing is the opposite of embossing in that the image is indented (pushed) into the top of the container. With debossing there is no need to purchase new tooling; we simply add an insert with the logo into the existing tooling.
